UK Hotlist Ltd has the following very important terms and conditions governing the usage of UKHotlist.com. They are here for your protection and ours. Please familiarise yourself with the following because before you register a UK Hotlist membership you must indicate that you have read, approve of and agree to follow these terms and conditions of use.
You also must agree to follow all the UK Hotlist site rules and to adhere to all national and international law when using this website. It is solely the user’s responsibility to adhere to these terms and conditions.
The directors of UK Hotlist Ltd, their staff, and/or it’s authorised representatives shall be responsible for determining the definition and interpretation of these terms and conditions Governing Usage of UKHotlist.com.
These terms and conditions are liable to be updated or revised at any time. UK Hotlist Ltd reserve the right to refuse anyone from using this site.

What is The UK Hotlist?
UK Hotlist Ltd is a Private Company Limited by Shares. Registered in England on 12th March 2007. Registration Number 6153883.
From here on the terms UK Hotlist Ltd, UK Hotlist, The UK Hotlist or UKHotList.com can also refer to the UK Hotlist website, UK Hotlist Ltd, it’s staff, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives, licensers and all others related to UK Hotlist Ltd where appropriate. The UK Hotlist has been designed to be a portfolio hosting website, online meeting point, community and database which provides a variety of free and paying services for British Modelling and Entertainment. The UK Hotlist is not an agency. The UK Hotlist does not guarantee you are suitable for the work you are seeking, nor does it find you work or guarantee to find you representation. It does not guarantee employers/representatives that members are suitable for their needs. Neither does it guarantee that an employer/agent is suitable for the model/member. The UK Hotlist does not take any commission for representation found from either member or agent. There are three types of model accounts one is free, two are paying accounts. The different levels of account offer different benefits. You acknowledge that UK Hotlist Ltd is in no way responsible for the actions of any UKHotlist.com users, Model, Agent, Scout, Affiliate or otherwise, that use this site, nor any consequences or issues arising from using this site. UKHotlist.com is a public access facility, meaning members of the general public will be able to browse our database and peruse your profile at will. This is so you can use your hosted profile to actively seek your own work, market yourself and invite prospective employers to view your profile. However the UK Hotlist will only allow professional individuals or companies such as (but not limited to) modelling and entertainment agencies who have already registered their details with us to contact you directly via our internal messaging system.
Using UK Hotlist.com
The UK Hotlist is predominantly an Internet based business. So you must have access to the World Wide Web and any appropriate service to connect to it. The UK Hotlist cannot be held responsible for any bugs, glitches or other technical difficulties that on rare occasions may occur on ukhotlist.com. Where these are issues are within our control, we will always endeavour to fix the problem as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience.
Your Account
You are required to provide honest, complete, accurate and up to date information for any UK Hotlist account that you register. It is also your responsibility to keep your account, contact, payment and registration information safe, honest, complete, accurate and up to date. You are prohibited from having multiple UK Hotlist profiles of the same type. You may not create accounts under different names, with different contact information, false or inaccurate information or the details of any other individual (living or deceased) You may only create an account on someone else’s behalf if you are their appointed manager or agent. If you are found to break these terms your account may be suspended or terminated.
Member Privacy
It is the UK Hotlist’s policy to respect the privacy of it’s members. The UK Hotlist may provide general user information to third parties but does not give out personal information or contact details apart from where it has been agreed or is necessary. However the UK Hotlist does have the right at access your account, use your personal details and edit if it deems necessary.
Subscription
The UK Hotlist provides a subscription service. This means that if you have chosen a Regular or Professional Account, you pay for us to host your profile for a set period of time. When that time expires, your account will be automatically charged for the next period’s listing. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel their subscription. UK Hotlist Ltd is not responsible for past or future billings or any charges incurred by the user. The subscription fee is not dependent on you finding work or representation through UKHotList.com or any of the affiliated companies. A Basic membership can be cancelled at any time without notice and for any reason. Where a “lifetime” membership or listing is promised, this pertains to the lifetime of the website.
Under 18’s
The protection of minors is held extremely highly on The UK Hotlist. Any user under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering a membership on UKHotlist.com. All users are prohibited from contacting or conducting business with any members of the UK Hotlist that they suspect to be under 18 and they will alert UK Hotlist staff that this infringement of the under 18 membership restriction may have taken place. This is to protect our users who may need to be represented by a responsible adult. Also, there are some types of work that an agent may offer UK Hotlist members that are only suitable for members who are 18 years or older. You have been warned that we do not accept memberships from anyone under the age of 18. If you go ahead and register an account now and are under 18 the UK Hotlist cannot be held responsible for your use of it. No images, content etc of anyone who is under the age of 18 years, is allowed anywhere on UKHotlist.com. The UK Hotlist is not intended for the use of anyone under the age of 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old and proceed to register an account now, you membership will be cancelled without refund.
Communication / Correspondence
UKHotlist.com provides numerous methods of communication with other members including a private messaging system and a forum message board. Any messages, e-mail’s or forum posts exchanged between users as a result of using the UK Hotlist are done so under the user’s own responsibility. Any correspondence, acceptance or agreement is solely the user’s and recipient’s responsibility. UK Hotlist does not condone the sending of private contact details. If private contact details are sent, it is at the users own risk. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless UK Hotlist, its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and representatives against, any claim arising from any material that you post or transmit.
You are forbidden from posting or transmitting any content that is deceptive, unlawful, abusive, harmful, defamatory, hurtful, threatening, vulgar, obscene, libellous, racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise hateful and objectionable. You may not publicly post your own or other people’s personal contact details. You may not promote, condone or encourage illegal activity in any way. The definition of the above and below will be determined by UK Hotlist’s staff or authorised representatives. We will cooperate with all law or regulation enforcement authorities.
UK Hotlist, it’s staff, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensers make no representation as to the legitimacy of any agent and they shall not be liable to anyone for any loss, injury, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising from information received or sent, either directly or indirectly through the member messages. In addition you agree to not post information or correspondence that is not of a professional nature or which contravenes UK or International laws, International Trademark, Copyright Laws or restrictions in any way.
UK Hotlist and it’s affiliates reserve the right to monitor, edit or delete any transmissions made but is under no obligation to do so. UK Hotlist reserves the right to edit, modify or remove any account information, messages or forum posts at any time and without notice.
You acknowledge that UK Hotlist nor it’s affiliates has no control of the user input information on this site. This includes, but is not limited to, profile information, the content of messages or forum posts.
You acknowledge that UK Hotlist does not control or necessarily monitor the content or information available in a message, or the forum. The authors of said messages or forum posts are solely responsible for their content.
Please be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal contact information either in your profile, the forum, via message or Email you do so at your own risk and in the knowledge that this may result in unsolicited messages from other parties.
Any communication or material you post or transmit to the service and/or the sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You accept full responsibility for anything you post or transmit. You grant UK Hotlist the right to edit, copy, delete, publish and distribute any information or content you post, upload or transmit for any reason or purpose.
Contact from UK Hotlist
As a member of UKHotlist.com you will receive messages in the form of private messages, automated Emails, personal Emails, newsletters, messages from other users and replies to posts or threads that you have posted in the forum. If a profile is found with “bad” contact details the portfolio will be disabled or deleted. If you need to update your contact information, you can do so through your profile page or by contacting UK Hotlist Ltd. These Terms and Conditions, this agreement and any disputes arising from it or related issues to do with the service and the site shall be constructed and enforced in accordance with UK and International Laws. The UK Hotlist reserves the right to change and modify these usage rules as appropriate and without notice. By agreeing to these terms and conditions and using the site constitutes your agreement, but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement. Violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in your membership to be terminated without a refund.
Images
You agree to read and adhere to the rules and guidelines that can be found throughout this site and provide images that are in the correct resolution and suitable for public consumption. You also agree to get the photographers and copyright holders permission to use these images on this site.
Adult Images
Images of nudity are permitted but UK Hotlist has a policy against sexually explicit images. Posting images of overtly sexually explicit images on UK Hotlist is strictly prohibited. The definition of sexually explicit shall be determined by the UK Hotlist staff but in general refers to images of arousal or overt sexual positions. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the image either being rejected or censored and in extreme cases the portfolio removed without refund.
Copyright
You are forbidden from copying or using any content found on this site without express permission by the owner. Any sites or individual found using images or content sourced from UKHotlist.com or inappropriately linking to UKHotlist.com will result in a permanent ban from UKHotlist.com and could result in legal action being brought against the offending perpetrator. By registering an account with us you are stating that you have permission to use the data, text, images, video, music, graphics, software or any other media that may be held under copyright law. You state that you will be solely responsible for the content that you upload. You also state that the UK Hotlist is free to use any images, graphics or written content that you supply. By uploading any copyrighted, trademarked, patented, or otherwise service marked material, you are stating that you do so with the express permission by the owner. Also you are prohibited from disclosing details of any contractual or fiduciary relationships, confidential insider information or non-disclosure contracts. You, and not the UK Hotlist, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via any of the UK Hotlist’s services. You also understand that a member’s profile may appear throughout the site, not just your own profile page. The UK Hotlist is does not control all the content posted on this website or other related services. The UK Hotlist cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the data found within. UK Hotlist reserves copyright over all content found within this site. You are expressly forbidden from using any software, engine, agent, mechanism or device for deciphering, de-compiling, disassembling or otherwise engineering the software of UKHotlist.com. This includes but is not limited to spiders, robots, browsers, intelligent agents or avatars.
Security
It is your responsibility to notify UKHotlist.com of any unauthorised use of your account or compromise of your account details. You will not manipulate identifiers in any way in order to disguise the origin of your account or any content transmitted through The UK Hotlist and it’s services. You will not upload, post or transmit any spam-mail, chain letters or material that contains software, viruses, computer code, files or programmes designed to effect, interrupt, destroy, corrupt or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment. You may not share your password or other log in details with anyone else. Doing so will automatically void your account with The UK Hotlist. After investigation, your account may be suspended / terminated without further notice or refund and you may be banned from using the UK Hotlist’s services for life.
Payment, Charges and Billing
Upon registering a paying account on the UK Hotlist, you will be charged the corresponding amount to the package you have chosen. Most paying membership accounts are annual accounts. You will be billed at the time for any future transactions.
UK Hotlist Ltd reserves the right to change its fees, prices or billing methods at any time, although you will be notified with sufficient advance notice if these changes effect you in any way. You are responsible for all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and purchases made by you or anyone you allow to use your account, including your children, other members, or your family or friends.
You also agree that you will be billed for and will pay any outstanding balances if you cancel your membership or your membership is terminated. You should let UK Hotlist Ltd know about any billing problems or discrepancies within sixty days after they first appear on your account statement. If you do not bring such problems to UK Hotlist Ltd’s attention within sixty days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute any outstanding balance or payment.
In addition, items other than membership fees may be subject to charges, fees, and/or payment terms other than as described herein; such charges, fees, or other terms will, however, be described in connection with the product, service, or other offerings to which such charges, fees, and/or terms relate.
You can update or correct your contact details in your user edit page and your billing information via your Paypal account.
Future Payments
It is solely the responsibility of the user / customer for any payments scheduled in their accounts. You hereby waive any and all claims against UK Hotlist it’s staff, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensers for payments and / or compensation claims arising out of your use of the service, the website and the information thereof.
Refunds
Due to the instant access nature of UKHotlist.com and the service it provides, UK Hotlist will not be responsible, liable or obliged for refunding any payments or transactions.
Managers / Agents
Managers or agents are permitted to act on behalf of their clients unless otherwise stated by UK Hotlist. The UK Hotlist will not grant an agent account to any agency or related employment business that has been active for less than 6 months, or one that charges upfront fees for joining, nor any additional charges that The UK Hotlist deems excessive or inappropriate.
Members can gain access to the information that is given in Agent Account registration at any time. This information will be emailed to any member upon request.
UK Hotlist Scouts / Affiliates
The UK Hotlist allows scouts and affiliates to earn money by helping to find new members of the site. This is a highly responsible position for the Scout or Affiliate as you are presenting a face for The UK Hotlist.
Members that Scouts or Affiliates introduce to the UK Hotlist are likely to be asked about the Scout/ Affiliate’s conduct. Contravention of any part of the following code of conduct for UK Hotlist Scouts will immediately end the relationship between you and The UK Hotlist and is likely to result you being banned for life and in legal action being taken against you for compromising the reputation of UK Hotlist Ltd.
By applying for a UK Hotlist Scout or Affiliate Account these are the strict rules that you pledge adhere to.
1, You must fully and clearly brief the prospect on the exact nature of The UK Hotlist, what it is and how it works.
2, It may be tempting to exaggerate things, or appeal to a prospect’s ego, in order to get a sale but please do not. You must never tell, nor imply, to a prospect that you or UK Hotlist can make them a star. It is impossible for anyone at any level of the industry to make that assurance.
3, You must never tell, nor imply, to a prospect that being a member of The UK Hotlist will definitely find them work or representation.
4, You may not ever attempt to sell any other products or services while acting on behalf of UK Hotlist.
5, You must never use you position as a UK Hotlist Scout to attempt to take advantage of a prospect in any way. This means for you own personal or sexual gain.
6, You may not scout for UK Hotlist while you are intoxicated.
7, You must never make a pitch to anyone who is (or appears to be) under 18.
8, You must never tell, nor imply to a prospect that you are an employee of the UK Hotlist. You must be clear that you are an independent scout working on behalf of UK Hotlist. Your business cards or promotional literature may bear the UK Hot List logo but only after official approval by UK Hotlist Head Office.
9, You may not ever give financial remuneration in return for someone registering an account with UK Hotlist.
10, You must never behave in any manner that could be deemed unprofessional or unethical.
UK Hotlist Scouts and Affiliates are not employees of UK Hotlist and thus should consider themselves as self-employed. This means that all Scouts and Affiliates are responsible for declaring their own commission earnings as well as their own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
Editing / Removal of Member Accounts
The UK Hotlist reserves the right to remove from it’s site any references, accounts or profiles that it deems inappropriate without notice. What is inappropriate, shall be determined by UK Hotlist Ltd. This can include (but is not limited to) links to unauthorised sites, unsuitable content, HTML formatting and scripting in certain portfolio types. The UK Hotlist reserves the right to edit, block, suspend or remove any membership or account at any time for any reason and without refund.
Anti Competition
This rule is for but not limited to websites or companies offering a similar service, modelling sites, databases, communities and websites with adult content. UK Hotlist is under no obligation to provide exposure to other websites or companies in any form. This will only be allowed after express permission from UK Hotlist Head Office. This can include but is not exclusive to references, links, images, content or other methods. UK Hotlist may remove any content that it deems to be competitive without notice and without refund. UK Hotlist does not allow it’s competitors to conduct their business in any part of UKHotlist.com. Any competitors found breaking this rule will have their free or paid account deactivated and removed without refund with possible legal action being taken against them if deemed necessary.
External Links
UK Hotlist do not monitor, sanction, endorse or review any websites linked to or from UKHotlist.com either directly or indirectly. By clicking a link to an external site all users acknowledge that UK Hotlist is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree to not post web links in any form to external websites that lead to adult sites, pay sites or sites that could be considered competition to UKHotList.com
UK Hotlist Parties
UK Hotlist Ltd intends to host a series of social occasions for selected members of UKHotlist.com. UK Hotlist Ltd will have the final say over who is invited. The parties will usually be at no cost to the invitees but occasionally a small fee may be expected for the larger occasions, or for +1 invitations. Separate terms and conditions will usually apply to the individual functions, depending on the individual arrangement. In most cases you will have to be 18 (or in some cases 21) years and over in order to be allowed entry to the venue. Because numbers are usually limited, invitations will usually be extended to Professional UK Hotlist Members first and are given on a first come first served basis. An official invitation to a UK Hotlist Party does not necessarily guarantee that you will be granted access to the venue. The venue’s door staff and officials have final say when it comes to who gets in and who doesn’t. An invitation does not represent a reserved ticket, for example you could be turned away if the club is full by the time you arrive. Right of access or invitation is the right of the organisers and proprietors of the venue.
Security
Barring unexpected and acute technical failure, no member’s private details are made public. Should a member’s details be compromised, the UKHotlist will endeavour to resolve the security lapse immediately. However, UK Hotlist Ltd cannot be held responsible for the consequences or other people’s actions arising from them.
Risk
Your use of this service is at your own risk. UK Hotlist, it’s staff, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensers shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the service and the sites and the information available on the service and the sites or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the service and the sites. You hereby waive any and all claims against UK Hotlist and it’s staff, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensers arising out of your use of the UK Hotlist service and the sites and the information available thereof.
